The Level 3 Home Survey Service
The Level 3 Home Survey Service
A RICS Level 3 Home Buyer Survey, (previously known as a Building Survey), is the most detailed and comprehensive RICS Home Survey available for property buyers. It’s specifically designed for clients purchasing older properties, larger homes, or properties in need of significant renovation and repair. Conducted by our RICS qualified surveyor, the Level 3 survey thoroughly examines the property and aims to identify any potential issues that could pose risks or incur substantial future costs and provides detailed advice on any remedial work required. It’s especially beneficial for properties that are poor condition or that may have hidden defects that are not apparent to the untrained eye. The Level 3 Survey includes photographs to visually support the findings and give you a clearer understanding of any potential issues. The Level 3 survey highlights not only the current state of the property but also potential long-term problems that may arise, helping you plan for future repairs.
